Everyone interested in presenting is invited to submit an Abstract. Abstracts will follow the usual format (1-page PDF listing Authors, Affiliations, Title, Informative Text, Funding, COI-disclosures]. Presenting Author must be listed first. Your preference of presentation format can be specified (short talk, poster); choices will be honored as much as possible by the Program Committee.

Presenter information
- Fill out all fields.
- Presenter needs to be the first author on the abstract.
Abstract Upload file as a PDF with the following format (see PDF example):
- Arial font, 11 pt, single space
- Margins: 1” left, 1” right, 1” top, 1” bottom
- Title: Use a short, specific title in sentence format and bolded text.
- Authors and affiliations: Use superscript numbers after each name in the author list to indicate affiliation. After author list, leave one line blank and then write affiliations.
- Body of abstract: Abbreviations should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Support: Include the source(s) of research support.
- Conflict of interest statement: Authors must declare in the abstract whether or not there are any competing financial interests in relation to the work described. For the purposes of this statement, competing interests are defined as those of a financial nature that, through their potential influence on behavior or content, or from perception of such potential influences, could undermine the objectivity, integrity or perceived value of the work presented. They can include any of the following:
- Funding: Research support (including salaries, equipment, supplies, reimbursement for attending symposia, and other expenses) by organizations that may gain or lose financially through this work.
- Employment: Employment (recent, present, or anticipated) by any organization that may gain or lose financially through this work.
- Personal financial interests: Stocks or shares in companies; consultation fees or other forms of remuneration; patents or patent applications, all of whose value may be affected by this work.
- Examples of declarations are:
- The authors declare no conflict of interest.
- Conflict of interest. Dr Kappulet’s work has been funded by the NIH. She owns stock in the company Mortague Therapeutics. She has consulted for Dyno-more, Inc. and received compensation. Dr Korsad and Dr Morglad declare no potential conflict of interest.
Presentation preference Please indicate your preference for giving a 15-min talk or presenting a poster at the meeting. Decisions will be made by the organizing committee, and all efforts will be made to accommodate your preferences.
